The challenge
- HubSpot held the target accounts, the pipeline, the expansion stages and the product-usage signal passed over from Mixpanel. The monthly read of new-logo and expansion performance against the investor forecast was still a manual export into a spreadsheet.
- Account health lived in two systems and one person's head. Azoma lands with one brand in one geography and has roughly six months to prove value before it expands, and unclear handoffs between sales and customer success had cost renewals before.
- Enterprise invoicing runs through customer procurement portals on 90 to 120 day terms. Revenue operations had to track issuance, receipt and reconciliation without full access to the finance system.
What Mira does
Mira connects read-only to HubSpot, Mixpanel and the finance records and treats them as one set of numbers, so an account can be asked about as an account rather than as three dashboards to reconcile by hand: what it bought, how much of it is being used, where it sits in the expansion motion, and whether it has paid.
- The monthly forecast-versus-actual pack rebuilds itself instead of being exported and rebuilt.
- Account health reads pipeline stage, customer-success activity and product usage together, so a pilot going quiet is visible before the renewal conversation.
- Definitions are editable, the SQL behind every answer is visible, and missing data is flagged rather than quietly averaged over.
The result
The month-end export is gone. The pack that was assembled by hand for the investor forecast is a question now, asked and answered in the time it takes to read it, and the same numbers are on screen at the biweekly account reviews rather than being prepared for them.
“The data was never the problem. It was that answering anything meant pulling three systems into a spreadsheet first, and by the time it was built the question had moved on.”
